Did anyone else happen to hear Imus around 7 am est this morning - He went on and on about American Idiot. And then went on to talk about the theatre scene for at least 5 minutes -how Million Dollar Quartet is going to go on and on and on.

Obviously his opinions may not be shared by many on this board but it was great promotion -

He did write a musical in the mid-Nineties with Charles McCord and Kinky Friedman based on his Billy Sol Hargus character that Jerry Zaks was supposed to helm on Broadway. Not that that matters.

Rob Bartlett, who was a regular on his show, has several Broadway credits.
