well when i saw the show may 2nd, 2007 "works every time!" was there. and i had a workshop prior to the performance with paul canaan, who delivers the line. and when asked to demonstrate the bend and snap for us, he bent, snapped, and said "works every time!!".
so maybe you just didn't hear it when you went?
if not, then we know they added it before may 2nd?? lol

Posted: 12/6/07 at 2:27amI'm glad I have the leaked version, the song wouldn't be the same without Kritzer screaming "READY!!!!!!" at the top of her lungs. She's simply hilarious.

Posted: 12/6/07 at 5:17amWhile we're at it, are there any other differences between the official and the leaked version? I have the official CD but I've downloaded the leaked version (I couldn't wait, lol) which is on my iTunes now, so I'm wondering if I should bother replacing it with the official one.

Well, from what I've been told is there's an overture and no works every time in the leaked

While we're at it, are there any other differences between the official and the leaked version?
The leaked Tony voter version has:
- the overture
- the complete "What You Want" dance break section (the legal jargon part- 'exhibit a,' 'time for my cross,' etc.)
- Kritzer's 'You've got the pom poms...' cheer to start "Bend and Snap"
- the music at the end of "There! Right There!" (the music at the end of the song, that plays the couple off)
and the official OBCR does not
The official OBCR, though, has Kyle the Magnificent's music at the end of the Finale, which the leaked Tony cd does not.
Those are the major differences off the top of my head.

Wow, thank you so much, Anakela! I think I will replace all songs with the official versions except for What You Want. The dance segment in What You Want is one of my favorite moments from the show.

lol, touché ruprecht. (although- I do miss the What You Want dance break from the OBCR version.)
I just meant that it's not like a person can only have one Legally Blonde album on an iPod, so I just wasn't getting the whole replacing this song with that one dilemma- just create Blonde Tonys and Blonde OBCR and save them both.
