When to show up for Broadway Bares

I've never gone to the show before, and am wondering if we should get to the venue much earlier than a half hour or so before the show. Of course I have the general admission tickets, so we will be standing. Any recommendations?

not to hijack your thread, but what happens if you have tickets to both shows? do they clear out the entire venue between shows?

The year before last, I think I got there about 11 for the midnight showing and had a great position.

Thanks for the advice...I too want to be sure that I am able to get in to a good position... and don't want to end up behind the one patron with big hair, and have to stand on my tip toes for the whole show. Should we bring a bunch of singles/dollar bills to tip the talent?
Magica...when I got our tickets the website did say that you had to show tickets to both shows in oder to stay in bewteen.
