Well Keala wasn't in the production at the Kennedy Center so I'm sure she won't be coming with it.

I know there was an Equity call for Violet/Daisy standbys and male/female swings last week. Might be the cause of the hold up.

I know at least one of the freaks in the ensemble from KC who confirmed that she will be in the show on Broadway, so chances are there will be others.

Seems like the entire Kennedy Center cast is the same minus understudies. Maybe it's not the "complete" cast but still very exciting.

Hm, I see that Javier Ignacio is listed as Dog Boy. At the Kennedy Center he played Dog Boy and Houdini. I hope that means the Houdini cameo/song has been cut. It was, to me, the weakest part of the show at the Kennedy Center by far.

I wonder if they have cut the role of Houdini? Javier Ignacio is listed only as playing the Dog Boy. At the Kennedy Center he also played Houdini.

Javier Ignacio is still Houdini - it seems that the casting list listed each actor as their "side show character," Each actor plays several roles, not listed in the casting announcement. Houdini is still a character. and I happen to rather love Ignacio singing that song. Beautiful voice and range. Haunting.

I thought Ignacio was fine as Houdini, and the song was fine (a little forgettable to me, but fine). My issue with it is that I felt it destroyed the momentum of the flashback to the girls' childhood.
