I saw Rod Serling (host of the original "Twilight Zone") at IC when I went to check out the school a year or two before I enrolled. Also, I sat next to Bruce Beck now on WNBC Sports.

"I've lost everything! Luis, Marty, my baby with Chris, Chris himself, James. All I ever wanted was love." --Sheridan Crane "Passions" ------- "Housework is like bad sex. Every time I do it, I swear I'll never do it again til the next time company comes."--"Lulu" from "Can't Stop The Music" ----- "When the right doors didn't open for him, he went through the wrong ones" - "Sweet Bird of Youth" ------------ --------- "Passions" is uncancelled! See NBC.com for more info.

Susan Egan in South Pacific and Baby in Sacramento about 13 years ago.

Gary Beach was in South Pacific too, but at that time I didn't know who he was. It was only after The Producers that I looked him up and saw his resume online. Hehe.

I saw Eden Espinosa at Disney's California Adventure in this horrible show called Steps in Time II. I thought she was a powerful singer, but of course, I didn't know how popular she'd become back then.

I saw Norbert as the emcee in touring Cabaret in Minneapolis. I never even knew it was him until I found the playbill recently. Was kind of funny.

She's not a STAR yet!! But she ought to be!

I saw DYLIS CROMAN play 'Sweet Charity' in Chicago when Applegate broke her foot. She is so radiant and an amazing performer. I think her time is coming. re: Where did you first see them before they were Stars? ... I hope.

Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!

I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com

Patrick Wilson in New York Theatre Workshop's Bright Lights Big City.

And he went straight from there to a lead in Broadway's shabby Fascinatin' Rhythm, then Full Monty with a Tony nom, then Oklahoma with a Tony nom

and then musical theatre lost him to the movies!
