Just wondering what he is up to? I tried to go to JOhn HIll online and it took me too a land development site. Just wondering if that had anything to do with him.
Last seen at NYMF in But I'm A Cheerleader and his one man show (the title of which escapes me but possibly had something to do with kittens). No idea where he is now though.
One man show was called Whiskers on Kittens
I believe he'll be seen next in the upcoming Broadway Diva Christmas Concert, or whatever it's called, no?
Seriously, where DID his website go? I'm going into "Johnny and Kooks" withdrawl...

Seeeeriously. And his journal entries made up like, everyone of my away messages. How am I going to tell people of Johnny getting a cap busted in him at a Bone Thugz concert if it's not in context?
*whimper*
almostxfamous,
I know what you mean. I can remember half of them off by heart:
"Sometimes you doodoo in your dance belt"
"Fatty fatty two-by-four
You are my solid soul sister"

i MAY be wrong, but im guessing he couldnt pay for it anymore.

I miss it so much.
Come back to us, John.

I spoke to John this week and he said the site should be back up very soon, possibly with a new look. Craig is the webmaster of John's site, so he would know more. As for what he's up to... he's concentrating more on his writing now. And he'll be at Scott Nevin's holiday special on Dec 19 at XL
I miss me some Johnny and Kooks!
Has anyone seen John's latest cabaret at the Duplex, Skinny Corpse?

Eslgr8 posted a thread about John Hill the other day, and I just did an interview with John for 'The Leading Men' column at Playbill.com. He's performing his new one-man show, 'Skinny Corpse,' on Monday, June 5, at 9:30 p.m., at The Duplex, and he's been producing a pilot for MTV called 'Show Choir.'

Sometimes I find jelly bellys on the carpet... And sometimes... sometimes I eat 'em. Like now...
GOD, how I love Johnny and Kooks.
John Hill is freaking awesome. He never fails to make me laugh...or harrass me.

Glad to hear we're pleasing John's fans.
I know we're really close to selling out for this Monday's final peformance of SKINNY CORPSE at the Duplex.
If you call and are told there's nothing, take heart - we'll most likely being announcing a new set of dates in the next few days.

I did that to John's site, too. Ha.
Good thing I printed the whole thing out before the site closed.
John Hill has special powers that small children adore, he's like a buff and very troubled Barney...I luff him.
