Posted: 1/2/09 at 10:43amI was just wondering which billy will be performing at tomorrow's matinee and evening performances. I know that there is no set schedule but if anyone has seen it recently can tell me who was there a couple days ago that would be good too. I know that all of them are good but I just want to have an idea of who I will see before I see it. Please respond! Thank you!

So David will be at the matinee and Kiril at the evening? Has anyone seen it recently so I can judge? Please respond!

Trent did last night thursday. So it's either going to be kiril or David tonight. So trent will do one of the sat shows. Most likely the evening performance and whoever doesn't go on tonight will do the sat mat.

Kiril might be on tonight because David went on twice earlier this week because Trent was sick and David was on stand by and ended up going on that night instead of Trent. So he did two in a row at the start of the week. But kiril did do the Tuesday night show so it could be David tonight.

Posted: 1/2/09 at 5:46pmI know when I saw it last week I picked up my tickets from the box office only 2 hours before curtain and it wasn't posted yet. (Which was dissappointing, it didn't matter, I just wanted to know!)

Posted: 1/13/09 at 8:45amI think Trent went on Sunday, and David is on tonight. For the past 2 months it has been Trent, David, Kiril with some breaks in the schedule,but then it went back to the regualr rotation.

Posted: 1/13/09 at 3:14pmWell, if Kiril really left on the 11th, wouldn't they have put him on as Billy, rather than Trent? What would be the point of his leaving that day if he didn't even perform. Just a thought.

Ok I saw the show this afternoon and it was indeed Kiril. I saw him back in October, and while I was hoping to see a new Billy this time around, I was happy with Kiril. It's interesting to see his transformation a few months later. I feel like he has really made the role his own, and his acting and his singing have come a long way.
That said, his voice was DEFINITELY cracking. I think that he doesn't have much time left before his voice renders him useless. It's a real shame too, but he is just a delight to watch.
It also seemed like a good part of the cast was sick. Haydn Gwynne was so sick. I am glad she didn't call out of the performance, but she was off this afternoon. Still one of the finest performers I've had the pleasure to watch though.
