I think Rodgers- so many magnificent shows and songs! And two hugely successful partnerships as well as several "one offs".

I tend to agree with Rodgers in terms of sheer quantity (as well as phenomenal talent). But Berlin comes close.
But for many of us--sorry, After Eight--the answer will be Sondheim, for range and sophistication.
