Bar none, Celine Dion. She looks like an Elphaba, and, more importantly, she likes to scream and shout (rather than sing with proper breath support) and has that crazy mouth, jaw action thing going like Menzel. And she seems to have figured out a way to sing every night in Vegas and still keep her voice. She should be flying at the Gershwin.
