Which sex has better roles in theatre — Page 2

I know. I don't mean to belittle the work that he does do, but some of the female roles mentioned have their ladies on stage for almost the entire show with no pre-recorded vocals. I don't mean to say that playing the Phantom is easy, I don't know that, but I wouldn't compare it to some of the aforementioned diva roles. It seems like an easier gig than, say, Don Quixote or Guido Contini.
