Which shows do you think Deaf West should do?

Sorry if the title is weird. I couldn't think of a good one. ANYWAY....

The Deaf West Theatre Company is most known for the 2015 production of Spring Awakening and how they are the first professional Deaf ASL theatre in the Western half of the U.S.

I personally loved their production of Spring Awakening and I was thinking that they should do more popular musicals.

Here are some of the musicals I think they should do: Next to Normal, Falsettos, Fun Home, The Color Purple, Hello Again, The Wild Party (LaChiusa + Lippa), The Book of Mormon, and Once on this Island.

Since their objective has little to do with the hearing world, they shouldn't worry about you or I might think is cool for sign language. Real theater for the deaf had little to do with concepts on how to use sign language.

I remember reading an article about SA, saying that it wasn't ideal for the hearing impaired, as too much was going on, and it was difficult for a hearing impaired person to know where to focus.

I doubt that their goal is a Broadway audience.
