Which shows should I see?

So I've totally blown my budget on B'way musicals this year and then some, having seen Great Comet, Come from Away, DEH, Hello Dolly!, Sunset Blvd, Waitress, plus POTO and Cats tickets for me and my mom. I've also seen the plays Oslo, Little Foxes, and Six Degrees of Separation.

Right now I'm debating between three choices:

1. See Bandstand and Groundhog Day, two musicals I haven't seen but are on TDF

or

2. See Waitress again with Sara Bareilles before she leaves because I loved her so much the first time

or

3. See Donna Murphy in Hello Dolly!

I can ONLY pick one of these choices if I wish not to go bankrupt.

Just as a frame of reference, I LOVED DEH and Waitress because of their tuneful scores and emotional subject matters. I loved seeing Dolly! but am interested in what Donna Murphy would bring to the role. I've listened to Groundhog Day and Bandstand and so far the numbers don't catch my ear except for "Seeing You." I thought Come From Away was nice and enjoyable but it isn't something I'd rush to see again.

I haven't seen Karl (or Donna, obviously) but I would pick Donna Murphy in Dolly!

I'd love to see Murphy in Dolly. I also want to see Karl in GHD. Le sigh.

See Groundhog Day because it's fantastic, particularly Andy Karl, who I feel isn't getting as much recognition because the comedy overshadows the subtle, yet deeply emotional, performance he's giving.

Instead of Bandstand save the money to try and get Hello Dolly tickets later in the run.

The only shows with deadlines are Waitress, because Bareilles is leaving the show, and perhaps Groundhog Day, because who knows what the injured Karl will do once awards season is done. Hello, Dolly isn't closing anytime soon. Is there some urgency that I'm missing about seeing Donna Murphy right now, if you're really strapped for cash at the moment?

Doesnt Donna Murphy have a history of poor attendance?

As far as I know, she only has that reputation because she was ill during the run of Wonderful Town. I think her vocal troubles are behind her now, otherwise I doubt she would agree to Dolly.

Not to hijack the thread but thank you sooo much for this comment. I'm going in a couple weeks and have eight slots. I figured I would save Groundhog Day for my trip next month, but it is after the Tonys and I hadn't even thought about Karl vacating to fully recover. So I'll swap his show out for Natsha, Pierre... and hope Groban doesn't depart any sooner than he's scheduled.

To the original post: See something new. You've seen Waitress, it was great. Now see something else!

She is only doing one show per week. I can't imagine her having attendance issues.

Give me claws and a hunch, just away from this bunch.

Well Waitress tmrw and GHD on Sunday is my final choice. Donna Murphy I think can wait.

By the way for GHD I used todaytix and got side mezz seats. Anyone know how the view is from those seats? I don't think I've ever been in the August Wilson.

Enjoy GHD, it's my favorite of the season. I've heard conflicting reports about the mezz for it. If you're far back, the view might not be great. If it isn't, talk to the ushers at orchestra level during intermission, there will probably be better seats avail.
