I'd definitely have to give that award to Idina Menzel or Linda Eder. They both put so much effort into their singing and the way that they pull everything off with all this fame and fortune and glory is just amazing.

For guys, I'd definitely say Adam Pascal and Norbert Leo Butz. Norbert, because no one knew him before he came to "Wicked". Well, maybe some ppl knew him when he appeared on "Law and Order". Adam, because I love him!
