I actually just bought a copy of it a few weeks ago used off amazon. If you like dance music of the early 90s, its worth it. The songs are all catchy, and she gets to really wail on alot of them. You really have to enjoy that type of music though, I think.

And yes, there are one or two tracks in which she raps. It was quite possibly the funniest thing I'd heard because I wasn't expecting it...one of those "if I were drinking, the liquid would be all over the computer screen from laughing" type moments. Heh.

It's very strange how many copies of this there are on E-Bay all the time. I know she doesn't profit in any way, but it's a great little dance album and yes, she does rap and it's really funny. That was big in the 90's, rap breaks, that is.

What a voice. It's big...no, HUGE...but without any screeching or shouting as so many belters tend to do. Compelling is the best word I can come up with...

Couldn't agree more. I just saw Trailer Park for the second time the other night (the first being preview #1) and not only has the show grown 6000% but Orfeh was even better this time around, too. She was more comfortable, sexier, and (if it's possible) sounded even better -- I'm sure due partly to the time she's had to settle in. What a talent.

Kudos to the Trailer Park team for using their preview period so well. They fixed SO many of the things that were iffy the first time around. It's rare that I've seen a show improve so much. Simply hilarious.

I went to the eighth or ninth preview, and absolutely LOVED it...finally dragging my ass back to Stark, Florida this Saturday night. I'm VERY excited to see it again, and to see the changes, and all that jazz...cannot wait!

God, Orfeh in Trailer Park? Amazing. I think I actually laughed out loud when she did that crazy belt growl gospel hand in the air thing in "Make Like a Nail", because it was that insanely good. During "Best TV Show", I remembered people here saying she can't act very well, and I had to wonder if they had seen this show yet, and what she did it in, because damn. Loved it all.

How DO you describe her voice? It's like she doesn't even have to try!

When I saw it, I thought her acting was spot on for "The Great American TV Show." The only complaint I had about her in that little segment was that she couldn't really match up the timing of the bleeps to the movement of her mouth...but like I said, I saw the show early in the second week of previews, so I'm SURE she's tightened that up.

I had never seen Orfeh before Trailer Park, and was amazed that she could sing and act so well. Knowing that her previous Broadway credit was a supporting role in Saturday Night Fever didn't do much to get me excited about seeing her, but I think she is extremely talented.

That's fine, I'd rather be surprised. Kyle, Orfeh was one of the three leads in Fever and once again the stand-out there as well. She was also in the much maligned Fascinating Rhythm, which also played host to that other brilliant "newcomer" Sara Ramirez.

I would be the first person in line to buy that CD. They should have done that years ago. A cast recording with that line up and those songs? Mind blowing.

That article's hilarious. The two are adorable together, and I love her throwing the box at him.

Just a heads up - The Trailer Park site put up 6 video clips from the show, showcasing all their wonderful cast members. Orfeh gets an AMAZING showcase on the last video clip, for the finale 'Make Like a Nail'. PHENOMENAL.

Great clips. Meanwhile, I'm always impressed by how witty and articulate Orfeh comes across in print. It's one thing to be funny in person or in character, but in print, it's not such an easy feat.
