I see on this weeks grosses that Billy only managed 85.8% attendance last week, the attendance seems to be on the decline over the recent weeks, even Rock of Ages is out selling Billy now, tickets are now discounted at the TKTS booth even, last year it was the norm for Billy to be sold out and that was at full price.
Has New York's love affair cooling?
I was there this past Sunday matinee and they were completely sold out. There were about twenty people in the cancellation line. They only had one single seat to offer the first in line, and turned the rest away. Not an empty seat in the house. Don't know if this is normal or what would explain the decline. But there were a few big snowstorms during the week. And it's been cold as a witch's tit in a brass bra.
Please. temperatures have barely reached Clam diggers ass in the Klondike!

Oh give me a break. MOST shows would be thrilled to be at 86% capacity, especially during the SLOWEST PART OF THE YEAR. Rock of Ages has a lot of tasteless people seeing it (like Mamma Mia and Phantom), plus it has cheaper tickets. Billy Elliot will go back up.
Chillax Amanda, it's the Winter. Things will pick up shortly. And the dip is hardly anything to buzz about.
