I'm an actor who sings... not a singer.
I sing because it opens up my opportunities for shows to be in.
Bad reason, I know. I'm passionate about music, but not about singing. I do it because I have to.

I'm another one of those "actors who sing", but I'm becoming more and more prone to singing my emotions lately.
And during any awkward silence in a group of people, you can always count on me to break it by letting everyone know exactly WHAT song is running through my mind at the moment.

Funny. Well, like TheActr said, how could you possibly NOT sing? It's kind of like an escape, you know? It's my passion, just like acting. My parents are always saying that acting in plays is just as good as musicals, but singing is my thing too. I mean, whether I'm singing at home or in my shows, it's like a way to say to myself and others, "This is who I am," and junk like that.

Posted: 4/16/06 at 11:01pmYou know how most negative emotions seem to fester in your stomach? Well I sing to get that out. I feel like everything I worry about is pushed out of my mouth with my sound. It's so relieving. It's nirvana for me.
