I haven't seen the new changes but I hear they changed a lot of the dialouge and song lyrics? Why would they do that if the show already won Best Musical, Best Book and Best Score? Did they give a reason?
I believe they put the changes they made for the London and Vegas productions into the broadway production. The composers did an interview around the opening in London (possibly for playbill?) saying that they would put the changes into the Broadway show. It keeps the show fresh if they make a few changes. They're decent changes, so don't worry.

Wicked did the same thing and added changes into the Broadway production.

Just because it won doesn't mean it's perfect. Everything could use a little tuck and fix every now and again. I wish they would bring in the new London set changes, like the show curtains.

What changes did they make in Wicked?
I know the bigchange for wicked london was Fyearo's entrence. In the london production Fyearo's cart driver doesn't see Elphaba in front of him and almost runs her over. This has some sorta exchange between Fyearo and Elphaba that has fyearo tells Elphaba that her driver didn't stop because he thought that green ment go ect.
He then of course did not ask Glinda who the hell is she [Elphabe] because they they already spoke.

How did they change Avenue Q, though? The only change that I saw from a video was that instead of "Tlied to wolk in Kolean dehree" it was "Tlyed to wolk in Chinese lestaulant." Is it that now? I also heard that for the London production, they changed the arrangement of "There Is Life Outside Your Apartment" to a more rockin' arrangement. They didn't change that did they?
They changed the arrangement of There is Life Outside your Apartment, they changed the beginning of the second act (its now Princeton singing a reprise of the money song), they changed some of the lyrics of The Money Song and took out some of the dialog, they took out the bridge of Schadefreude ("straight A students getting Bs..."), and at the end Lucy turns to Scientology insteado fo Yoga. There may be a couple other things, but I can't remember them right now.

They also rewrote Gary's opening lines in "It Sucks To Be Me" and re-worked the Brian & Christmas Eve part of "The Money Song" (removed the "we just exchanged all your wedding gifts for cash.." bit and made it shorter and funnier!)
In the London production it's the Bad Idea Bears who turn to scientology.
I had seen the Broadway production and knew the cd very well before seeing the show in London. The only cut/change I didn't like was cutting the bridge from "Schadenfreude". All the other changes work brilliantly.
So don't worry.
and act two opens with a reprise of It sucks to be me. Money song has not happened yet in the show, if you remember
I like the new orchestrations in Life Outside Your Apartment.

How are they? Like a different take on the song?
I have the highest admiration for the creative team of AVENUE Q. Not only did they create a brilliant, original musical - but they continue to perfect the show that WON BEST MUSICAL, SCORE, and BOOK!! They didn't have to do a thing and the show would still be making the same amount of money. Instead, they chose to make it the best show possible.
Lucy turns to religion instead of yoga at the end
Also, Purpose starts off like a ballad and then changes into an uptempo once the boxes come to life
