Wiced Tour 7/3 Mat. Review

JENNA LEIGH GREEN went on as Elphaba.

JENNA LEIGH GREEN: She was much much much better then I thought she would be. She really owned the part in her own little Jenna way. She could have been more angry at parts but her and Kendra had some very nice chemestry. Wizard and I was amazing, and What is this fealing was very fun to watch. Jenna really knew how to make fun of Glinda. Also the love moments were packed with tension.

KENDRA KASSEBAUM- I loved her glinda so much. I had fourth row tickets, up close you can really see her Glindaisms. Like during what is this fealing she OWNED! I forget what part but she looked at elphaba and whispered to herself "I don't like her"...and the way she said it had me cracking up. The way she walked and talked and spoke screamed Glinda, like when she raised her hand to be picked she would jump up and down. She did little things to make Glinda stand out, and be funny.

LOGAN LIPTON: He was a little too hot to be Boq, but very strong all together. My name is Logan, so at the stagedoor we had some Logan bonding because it is not a common name. I thought he was very feirce during the 2nd act, when he was sick of everything.

DERRICK WILLIAMS- Very Nice, he lived up to the role. He had the self absorbed nature down flat. He made the world (stage) revolve around him and it was very pleasing. He has a good voice and my mom loved him (My mom picks one person each show to rave about). So he has my approval and my Mother's.

DAVID GARRISON: While I went to the website to see how to spell his name, I read he was the Neighbor on Married with Children (Hehehe would have liked to know that before.) I thought he was a very pleasing wizard. He has a very nice voice so it let him sing the songs that he was stuck with very nicley.

I love the Touring cast and can't wait to see them again.

This was my first review...sorry it sucked.

Kendra's awesome isint she? i remember hearing bad things about her all the time, and i couldint understand why after i saw her. She was a little bit of a spaz, shaking all the time and stuff, lol, but thats what made it great.

I love my Jenna and I am super proud of her. Can't wait till she comes back to Toronto, hopefully full time as Elphaba.

Thanks, I heard the Kendra did alot of spazzing, but I thought she did it in all the right places. I was very pleased.
Jenna really did out do herself with her Wizard and I...many thought so after the show.

I thought Kendra did a great job-- she really squeezed out every drop of comedy.

we attended the July 2 matinee -- 6th row center. Great show... I wish that tickets were available to see it again before it moves out of LA, but I hate to pay those scalper prices!

Ya...I've lost every time I have entered the lotto too. I get to see it once more...july 21st...I'm happy but wish I could go so many more times with different people and share the memories with them.

yeah i've tried 4 times and won once thankfully, but my mom really wants to see it and everytime we try we lose, hopefully she will get to before it leaves. also, i really wanna see jenna as elphaba, so hopefully soon.

wonderful! jenna's great, i'm glad that she's performing more, though i love stephanie just as much.

i'm especially glad you (and your mother) were pleased with derrick. he's my favorite.

I can't wait to see the show when it comes to St. Louis, but it doesn't get here until November I think. Kendra is actually from St. Louis, and I worked with her many years ago here at Six Flags over Mid-America....I am so proud of her.....
