I've only seen Kendra Kassebaum perform the role and seen/heard clips of Kristin. I LOVE Kendra as Glinda (despite what others say). She's not as strong vocally as Kristin, but she's beautiful and unbelievably funny. And I have never seen anyone with sooo much energy.

I would love to see either Lisa Brescia or Sherie Renee Scott take over as Glinda or Elphaba (I don't know if either have the soprano for it) but they both have incredible comic timing. And Sherie would love gorgeous as Elphaba and would have no trouble singing the part.

That said. Haven't seen/heard Kendra, or Megan. Did hear enough of Laura to make a decison. Kristen has the better high notes in NOMTW. But I like JLT the best otherwise.

Saw it with Cheno...the Cheno rocks! she was fab but i also love JLT i havent been able to go and see her but ive seen clips and shes soooo good too!

Kristin! Didn't see Wicked, just love the Cheno! :)

And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps... What did she realize, Kitten? That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs. What's wrong with that? Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had... Where? On Pluto. Kristen Bell would be a great Glinda..

Sorry to get Elph topic but, I think this photo is hilarious and this should definately be the Elphaba End of Act 1 costume

I'd have to go with JLT, at least for acting. I haven't seen it with Kristen but I've seen so many clips. Though Cheno can hit some of those high notes better than JLT.

Haven't seen the rest of them so I guess I can't say...
