Wicked has been blessed with great performers in the role of Galinda, but although CK,JLT & MH all have the pipes for the part, Megan looks the part and has better presence than anyone. Not too old, not too tall, the sweetest smile onstage.... Perfect for the part in all ways.

glinda fan i agree i really think megan fits it perfectly.
jlt is extremly funny with it but i think megan IS the role lol

Don't worry. People on this message board can be real a-holes! Any way, I saw Kristin Chenoweth on July 7 and JLT on Septemeber 1. I liked Kristin Chenoweth better because she had the operatic voice and the annoying squeaky voice but JLT had the operatic voice and the annoying squeaky voice she lacked!

I've only seen Wicked once, so i've got to stick with Kristin, she originated the role and created Galinda from almost scratch. Everyone else is just stepping into a bodysuit so to speak.

By the way. Is it just me? Or is everyone tired of the relentless bickering back and forth over the same pointless topic between the same people?

I saw Wicked cause Kristin was in it.. but I prefer JLT....
Altho I do miss Kristin's TG!

I saw he rin Broadway in Bryant Park during my summer vacation. Obviously they didn't perform the whole show but I think she was good.
