I have a chance to purchase a ticket for Wicked in December. The seat is in the right orchestra Row U Seat 38.

This would be my first time seeing Wicked. Is this seat any good? Is it too far back and will I only be able to see one side of the stage since it is at the end of the row near the wall?

I really don't want to pay $100 and travel for 4 hours if this is a lousy seat. Please advise.

All opinions are welcomed and appreciated!

I think almost any seat in the Orchrestra is good! Even the Partial Views aren't that bad!

That is too funny...row U seat 38 is exactly where I sat the first time I saw Wicked...when I saw the seating chart I thought it'd be too far to the side, but since it's far back it's not AT ALL. And even though its row U, its really not far back...I had a great view...they were great seats, you'll enjoy them!

it's a fine seat :)

Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
Some guy: You looked great!
Idina: Thanks...I WAS SO HIGH! 8/21/05

Too far back (24th row) and to the side for me. Especially at full-price. But, to each his own.
