I will be seeing Wicked in Chicago soon and was wondering where the stage door is. I am not familiar with the area FYI

Make a right when you leave the theatre. Then walk to the alley and make another right. You should see the yellow tape barricade things and that's the SD. It's about half way in the alley. There's a sign there too that says stage door.

The cast has it's days.

I saw Kate Loprest's first on as Glinda, and it took her and the other leads a while.

It was a wensday Mat.

I saw Dee's last show in June and it took her awhile to come out. Her hair was wet so I'm guessing she took a shower to get the green off. I saw her the week before and she was out in about 10 minutes. I also saw Lisa and Annaleigh's first show and I would say they were out in about 15 minutes tops. The other cast members come out first.

I would say they take between 15-20 minutes. It didn't seem that long of a wait when I saw the show back in July. Enjoy it!

Wicked Chicago is closing in January. Do you need all this **** spoon fed to you? You can't just look to google. Don't bother with looking for tickets for the last performance because I beleive it is sold out already. And DON'T come here a week before the closing pleading for tickets. Most of this board will hunt you down & punch you right in the face. You already asked about the final cast & I told you. The current cast minus Rondi possibly is closing the show.

Is Chicago's closing official? The numbers have been pretty decent -- why close a running concern? Granted, it's not like the first two years of the run, but not too many shows are. And it's been running long enough that a new generation has grown up to hear what their parents were raving about. Just asking.

Yes it is closing. The producers decided with the 2nd tour going out that there would me to many productions so they are closing Chicago.

They need the theatre for other shows so that's why it's closing. I don't think it has anything to do with the number of people that are seeing it.
