re: Wicked Tickets

go to the theater a few hours before the show and wait on cancellation line. If you're 1st or 2nd, or even 3rd or 4th in line, you'll def. get tixs!

re: Wicked Tickets

Well, definitely try the cancellation line. And why not put your name in lotto for the heck of it? Meanwhile, keep checking Ticketmaster for tickets...you never know.

re: Wicked Tickets

If you call Ticketmaster the day before the show or even the morning of the show, they sometimes have tickets that have become available.

re: Wicked Tickets

forget about wicked. who wants to go to a theatre full of emptyheads and tourists?
go see dracula. You will have the full theatre for you.

re: Wicked Tickets

You'll do much better with the Ticketmaster website. That's where the house seats are released first; the telephone people get what's left over.

re: Wicked Tickets

you can always get tickets at sites like neversoldout.com, and stubhub.com - they're both very reliable, but you'll end up overpaying in most cases. depends on how bad you want to get in to certain shows

re: Wicked Tickets

What day were you looking for in October? I have some tickets I'm trying to get rid of. PM me if you're still looking. But I agree, Ticketmaster sometimes pops up with great seats on a day that's been sold out for awhile, so keep trying.

re: Wicked Tickets

For example, if you go online right now, you could buy 2nd row for tomorrow night, or 5th row for tonight.

re: Wicked Tickets

Cancellation Line is the biggest waste of time ever. They keep you on line right up untill the performance. It's such a waste. They only give out about 15 tickets, and the guy even said that's odd at times. I tried before Cheno left, was online for 5 hours, and got crap...it was such a complete WASTE.

re: Wicked Tickets

I did cancellation line the day before Cheno left. I waited for 5 hours and got Orchestra center row C. I thought it was an amazing experience; the seat was awesome. A lot of people behind me got tickets, too. And it was cool to talk to people in line. So I would definitely recommend cancellation line. It's gone down a lot since Cheno left, so you won't have to wait that long.

re: Wicked Tickets

I think you just have to be crazy to wait online for 5 hours. I did it once, and wont ever again. Such a complete waste of time. Right when we got the window for tickets, the guy announced sorry no more tickets left. It was a terrible experience. And personally, I think it's insane too wait on that line. The day I went the first few people in line camped out, and got there at like 6 am, and I think they were loosers and have no life for doing that. lol. It's just Wicked. I love it, but not worth wating forever on a line.

Matinee. re: Wicked Tickets
And I really didn't mind waiting in line. I met some really cool people, and the time just flew by. It was defininely worth it for me.
