Wicked Tour Lville

How is the Wicked Tour? I am going to see it on Saturday in Lville, KY. I saw the show back in '07 with Murney and Kassebaum on Bway.

It is excellent. I saw it last Thursday in a side balcony seat, and I am seeing it this Thursday front row center. I saw the Fiyero's understudy, and he is perfect (and hot).

Donna's great! Chandra is ok. The real treat is that Jayne Houdshell is the u/s for Morrible since she broke her wrist. Also, if you are talking about jarad zirrili, he may have looks, be he is a dead fish on stage.

A group of students from my school went last Friday. Of course, most of them loved it. I could have gone, but I didn't want to go because I knew I wouldn't enjoy it.

I saw it on a field trip. I don't even like Wicked all that much (I previously saw it with Annaleigh and Lisa on Broadway), but I thought the tour was excellent. Donna's understudy, whose name I can not remember, was outstanding. The entire cast did a great job, and they brought a whole new layer to a very flawed show. The tour orchestrations really lacked since they didn't include real strings, but even then... the tour is still in great shape. I would highly recommend to anyone in or near Louisville.

AndAllThatJazz22, I would have KILLED to have seen Lisa Brescia. She's one of my favorites. It's a shame you didn't see Donna. She's pitch perfect and her acting choices are amazing. You can clearly see the thought process in her eyes while she is in the show.

I saw it last year in Louisville with Donna and Katie. I don't think I'll be able to make it back to see it this year, which sucks. But having previously seen 2/3 main actors last year, I'm fine with that.

I saw it again last nite and it was wonderful. Donna's Elphba is dead-on. Not to mention, she's beautiful and a very talented singer/actress. Sitting in the front row and watching her facial expressions adds so much to her performance.
