It was amazing!
Now I really want to see the show.
I think Idena was so thrilled to be a part of it.
She looked so thrilled.
And in a way it was HER and about 2 million people watching.
I cannot wait for someone to love me enough to get me tickets for Christmas.

Posted: 11/19/03 at 12:44amI thought the same thing David...sounded just like "Kill the Beast." Idina was very impressive and I loved the melody, but I must admit that I don't care for his lyrics. He sounds like he's writting a motivational speech all the time. And his ryhmes are SO predictable. I think "One Short Day" is possibly the most annoying song I have ever heard. Don't get me wrong though folks...I still am dying to see the show. :)

Was anyone else disapointed in the flying effect? The cape illusion was okay, and the ensemble leaning back to create a sky effect was cute, but I expected her physically riding on a broomstick in the air. That wasn't flying tonight. That was levitating. Idina was fabulous though. She was really in character. Bravo to the cameraman getting close-ups of that. Was that "No One Mourns the Wicked (Reprise)" sung at the beginning? I wish Kristin was there to belt my favorite line though!
I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY!!!!!!!!

Seriously, this number was suppose to sell the show? This is one of the highlights? Seriously??? This isn't any of that sarcasm that many are so fond of? Seriously?
And people talked about JEKYLL & HYDE.

Posted: 11/19/03 at 3:41amWow...Idina has quite a voice! I have a CD that I made also, and it was weird not hearing all the stuff going on around her and during the song (like when Kristin and Idina sing "I hope your happy," etc.), but I really enjoyed Idina's performance. Too bad I can't see the show...

Posted: 11/19/03 at 5:39amThe performance was great. Is that what Idina does in the show to fly?
