And they are both tiny and blonde... even if Kerry does have 3 inched on Kristin.

I now nomminate Kerry Butler and Coleen Sexton to take over when Kristin Cjenoweth and Idina Menzel eventually leave.

Well. One can never be too prepared. What if, God fobid if he/she has any grace, Kristin injures her self again or something?

Yeah. She has already had to miss a show becasue of her injury and she has gone on several times in a brace, which, however, HAS provided some opportunity for a punchline or two.

Kristin :: (in neckbrace, during 'Popular') And I'll show you how to flip your hair..... just be careful or you might hurt your neck (points to brace)

I got these from the program but it's kinda hard to remember how big parts were in certain songs. I guess Elphaba does have a lot more singing, but the parts are really entertwined. I still think they'll both be up for Lead Actress.

Well...if it is anything like the book, Elphaba should have a MUCH bigger part then Galinda. Galinda is clearly a supporing character in the book. Elphaba should really have more to do since the story is about her after all.

this kinda reminds me of dreamgirls. effie and denna are both leads but effie has more songs (3 solos) than deena (she only has solo parts in group #'s, which i have always wonder why she does not have a solo and the other 2 girls do?). but any way back to wicked, kristen could easly win best actress just for being kristen, sweet, charming, and funny. but idna could could also take home the prize with her power house voice. just like jennifer holiday did with her songs, i wish both of them the best of luck. if it where up to me i would let both girls win. but its not :)

Oh hell, lets give them both the Tony.

I went to Cheno's concert last Monday and she sang a song from Wicked, her duet with Elphaba, it was great. She looked very tired though, she said the last two weeks of Wicked they performed 18 shows.

Eighteen shows in two weeks. Wow. I'm exhausted after a four night run. Well, the two leads have a month and a half or so to rest up before hitting the rehearsal hall yet again. Here's hoping they get lots of R&R
