re: Will Chase in RENT for a month

I wish I could make it to see Will in the month he will be in Rent but I'll still be stuck here in Florida. Boo.

I really wish I could see Tim. I used to think he'd be a cute Mark. It never occurred to me that he'd play Roger.

(So, who else thinks Tim's wife might return to Broadway, too? In a show she's already familiar with?)

re: Will Chase in RENT for a month

I saw Will around the Neder tonight, and he realy doesn't look old at all. His hair is BLOND though. Like I don't know what they did to it. I hope it grows in within the next couple of weeks. It is bleached or something. But like not good.

ANd I also wonder that about his wife. And with Maria being so ill...

Lizzie, have you listened to the clip of "tonight is the night" from Tim's website. His voice rocks! He will be a great Roger.

Is he British?

Sounds good. I'd definitely like to hear his Glory.

Wow, not sure how I feel about the hair... I haven't seen the show in a while, but wasn't it usually Mark with the bleach blonde hair?

Rent likes to do that to their new Rogers. I remember Cary getting similar treatment when he started up again, Manley numerous times throughout his run and Kobak years ago when he came back as a swing for the first time. They like to blind the audience.

That camera must have had a BRIGHT flash. Unless the Rent cast had a sudden loss of pigmentation.

Next to Michael, Will looks like a reflection.... and I say that with as much love possible. re: Will Chase in RENT for a month

I think Will looks pretty good, young perhaps.

I hate the hair when its first bleached. I remember Cary's hair would always be different when I see him. when it was tips and fading it was HOT. hehe

If you went to the show in mid July both Cary and Matt had bleached their hair...it was an interesting sight to have both the leads blinding us.
hmm...

Poor Will looks albino.

It looks better in that picture than it does in person. You can see him coming from like realy far away. I'm hoping it grows in some within the next couple of weeks.

Good to know. And Broadway.com's photos were never really known for their quality, anyway.

re: Will Chase in RENT for a month

Oh, I know. Broadway.com's pictures always make everyone look washed out and pasty, it's really kind of ridiculous. The only one in the lot that's half decent is the Karmine and Colin one.

Will looks much different from other pictures I've seen of him. I don't like the hair either.

It'll probably fade some before he starts performing.

Bleach doesn't fade, though.

True. It would be wishful thinking to hope that isn't bleach.

It should calm down a little at least. You can see him from miles away right now! He's still looking good, otherwise, though!

And yeah, I don't think there's anything besides Will's hair that looks better in those pictures than in person.
