Actor Will Ferrell, who co-stars as Franz Liebkin in the upcoming THE PRODUCERS movie, made a surprise guest appearance at the 2005 North Carolina Theatre Conference on Friday, November 4 at 10:00 p.m. which was held on the campus Greensboro College.
Ferrell announced the runner-up and winner for Best Play in the High School Theatre Festival. The casts of the secondary and winning shows got to go on stage and get their picture taken with him.
Oh, and I had my picture taken with him as well.
He is in the North Carolina area filming a movie and graciously stopped by to surprise the hundreds of high school auditionees.
