I would like to see that video with the three Emmetts. Could you post the link or at least tell me what it's titled?
Just search andy karl noah weisberg and it'll come up. To make it easier, make the search option "date added"
You Orfeh freaks would scare the hell out of Orfeh. If she saw how absolutely fanatical you are on this board, she would take out restraining orders so fast all your heads would spin.
It's a message board - if someone doesn't have the same opinion/taste as you, so be it. No reason for the hysterical personal attacks.
There are two different three cheese versions of songs from LB and a new one with just Andy Karl, who acquits himself nicely.
Yeah I was so happy about those vids. They're all so amazing

legally Blonde is one of my absolute favorite movies ever. I was so excited for the musical, because I knew it could have been SO good. But honestly? I'm going to speak my opinion, and hopefully people will realize that it's just my opinion. I thought that the choreography was amateur, at best, and the score is not even poppy or fluffy or fun, it's plain-out not very good. All of the performances are overdone, and none of the women ever sing on key. It's the WEIRDEST thing to me. Laura Bell has some serious vocal technique issues, and I don't think any of the girls portray their characters the way it should be. It could be because the material they were given was lacking in any goodness, though.
I LOVE fluffy, fun musicals. But to me, Legally Blonde was not done well at all, and so the "fluffy" and "fun" doesn't even exist. I most certainly went in there with an open mind. Maybe high expectations, but I have high expectations for every Broadway show. Sorry, but if they're going to charge me that much for a ticket, then their million-dollar show ought to be worth it. For me, Legally Blonde wasn't. It wasn't the 3 times I saw it in person, and the one time I saw it on TV.

Okay, it's fine. I understand. I just hate it when people DON'T go in with an open mind. And I will restate that an opinion is an opinion. To each his/her own, I guess.
Yep, and I appreciate the fact that you realize the reality of that.
LePetite - YES! That really bothered me as well.
Oh, but quick question - why did you see it three times if you didn't like it? Haha just wondering
never mind.
An EXCELLENT question.
1st time- obvious
2nd time - I wanted dearly to give it another chance
3rd time - My LBB-insane friend wanted me to go with her for her birthday, and she was 16, so I obliged
TV - I wanted to see if it would be any different professionally taped and all. AND I had to see Whitney from THE HLLS..because I love her.
Oh, alright haha.
Wait...are you being serious about Whitney? It's okay if you were but those Hills girls annoyed the hell outta me.

I know three people who've been called in to audition for the reality show. They are totally desperate. This score is a lot harder to sing than Grease is 8 times a week.
These producers are retarded. Working actors aren't interested in being reality stars, and reality stars for the most part aren't good enough to sing this role. And a reality tv box office bump won't be as big as it needs to be. Grease is only playing to 60% capacity at a SMALL theatre. Yeah, yeah, February and all that. The show just isn't good enough. It needs to shut down and go on the road, where it will make money.
"I think any TV exposure for any Brodway show is a good thing."
It can be a good or bad thing. I know a few people who hated what they saw on TV, so they don't even want to consider seeing the show. On the other hand, if you see some good performances, you might want to catch it live.
"I know three people who've been called in to audition for the reality show. They are totally desperate."
They did this for the Grease reality casting show. I know of people that were called into audition for that show too. So I wouldn't say they are totally desperate. They just might have some people in mind that might be good for that part and they want them to audition. They would have probably called them in to audition whether it was going to be a normal casting process or reality casting process.
