The poster is awesome, double sided, its about 28X41 and has different artwork than the stuff we saw here in the US.
All you have to do is some creative writing and make a new Hairspray character, or expand the world of one of Hairspray's minor characters.

LOVE the Japanese poster.
I bought the Japanese DVD, comes out next month! yay!
