Broadwaynewyork.com sells them for $30.99. Not exactly cheap, but I don't know where else to find them.

go to Michaels or Rag Shop (etc.)- they sell them for like $6 each

I've used them for a TON of my framing....you can just order the pieces and put them together yourself.
Inexpensive, inexpensive, inexpensive.
I've only used the black metal frames from there - but they have a wide variety of colors and styles.

Posted: 7/4/06 at 11:40pmI get the cheap plexiglass and plastic frames from my local Micheal's craft store. They dont have frames that fit exactly (mine doesn't, at least), so I got the closest to them, 20x28. I find these to be excellent - I mount the window card on a piece of white poster board, and it leaves a very clean-looking 3" border all the way around. This is perfect, since the colors of some window cards don't exactly look good on top of navy blue walls, as I have in my living room.

Posted: 7/5/06 at 12:02amCheck the back wall of your local Michael's. Mine has frame "kits", where you buy two 14" pieces in one pack, and two 22" pieces in another pack. They come with all the attendant hardware. You'll need to get plexiglass (or real glass, for that matter) cut elsewhere, but you can usually get that at a Home Depot or the like.
