Even still this **** cracks me up. I just peed a little listening to "Hero" again.

There are some people in the world who say that writing stories, or composing music or dancing sparkly dances is easy for them. Nothing interferes with their ability to create. While I celebrate their creative freedom, a little part of me just wants to punch those motherf*ckers in the teeth...[tos]

Posted: 7/4/04 at 11:46pmI have been a fan of Wing's for a while now. In fact I bought 3 of her cd's in San Francisco last month as gag gifts for various enemies. The guy at the cd shop said he couldn't keep them in stock because they were becoming so popular. Actually this is the third thread about her newest cd. I'll find the links to the others and post them here. Wing is amazing. Also if you have never heard Florence Foster Jenkins you are missing out.

Actually, I would bet she pays for it all. Listen to her production value or "lack of". She obviously buys karaoke tracks and then uses them to put her voice on top of. She basically has no production costs. How many "takes" do you think she does when recording her lead vocal track? All of the background vocals are attached to the karaoke track. I'm sure she's breaking some sort of copywrite law but who is gonna fly to the Orient and sue her?
But Dollypop - I'm sure her husband lies to her too. Don't they all? I hope she continues to provide us with party favors for years to come. LOL

YOU are allowed to make fun of a woman who you don't think has a good singing voice, but when other people come on the board and post opinions about performers that you disagree with, you have the right to jump down their throats and criticize them for their taste? (Just wanted to make sure because the rules seem to change all the time)
