Great article. Touches on the death of her husband, her tumultous run in Gypsy, and her current Broadway prospects.

What a great lady! I've been a fan since she portrayed Dot, and have had the opportunity to cross her path at least ten times. She was always gracious, in Shubert Alley, at Orso's and even in Atlantic City. She has affected my life in more ways than she could ever know. Let's hope she finds a new vehicle soon!
Going to try to make the Cerritos date.
A lovely article.
I've been in love with since the days of the old "Carol Burnett Show".
Can't wait to see her here in September with the CSO.
I clicked on the link but the article didn't show up. Is there another link to get to the article ?

Link still works.
Kudos for her honesty about whether she's seen LuPone's Gypsy.
The writer of the article touched on all the points I was interested in, and kudos to Ms. Peters for answering the questions. Sometimes these things tend to be superficial fluff pieces. Not this article.
I agree with Frank Rich about her being the best musical theater actress of her generation. I wish she could originate a role on Broadway soon.
I love Bernadette. She's going to be singing at Symphony Hall accompanied by the Boston Pops next April! Can't Wait!
I totally spaced that she is here tomorrow evening in Denver so I just ran over and got my ticket. Very excited! For anyone in Denver, or Colorado, there are still a lot of tickets available and they start at only $15.00. I grabbed a Ring 4 seat for $27.00. Will post a "review" after I see her.
I became a fan of Bernadette after I saw her in Gypsy. I met her this past June when she was signing copies of her book at the Kennedy Center and she was so gracious and nice. Wish I could see her in concert. I hope she comes back to Broadway soon.
