Wonderful Town - Wednesday Night Talkbacks

Is WT still doing talkbacks after the Wednesday night show? I asked at the box office a few weeks ago, but the person wasn't familiar with the talkbacks. Has anyone gone recently? Thanks!

I went to one when they first started in the Spring and it was great. 5 cast members stayed after the show and took questions from the audience. I'd love to see the show again, and if there are talkbacks, get tickets for a Wednesday night.

Yes, they're doing the "talkbacks" every Wednesday night. They advertise it on the WT official website and in newspapers. I am very puzzled by the fact that the staff at the box office have no idea about these "talkbacks". A few month ago, I was attending WT on a Wednesday night; I asked one of the ushers at the intermission if they were still having the talkbacks after the show; he was extremely rude! He raised his voice at me and claimed the talkbacks were only given on Wednesday matinees during intermission. Not only did he give me the wrong information, but his rudeness was remarkable! Needless to say, the talkbacks were on after that show and I couldn't help wondering why the theatre staff would be so misleading. I will never forget that experience. Anyway, the talkbacks are very enjoyable and the cast members are always willing to share a lot with the audience. They are not to be missed, despite the mean theatre staff. Unfortunately, I've had the worst experiences with the box office at this theatre, more than I care to go into... sorry this post is so loooong....

Glad to hear they are still doing the talkbacks - thanks! Sorry you didn't have a great experience with the staff but had a great time with the talkback. :)
