Hey all -

So, as duely noted on various threads, I ordered some primo seats to SOUTH PACIFIC this coming August, as an early-birthday gift for my grandmother. Now, I ordered them on the 4th, they were printed on the 5th. It's currently Thursday, the 17th, and I have yet to receive them in the mail. What's up with that? Seriously. I'm getting scared now.

Any advice?

I *did* send-out an email to the folks at Telecharge, have yet to hear back from them ... I'll keep you posted on all things as they come. Best wishes and blessings to all!

I wouldn't panic, but I'd give them a call during business hours and ask to speak with their customer service department. Even if they didn't arrive in time, they could arrange for you to pick them up at the will call window. Good luck

Don't worry. If the show isn't until August, I think that technically - you don't have to receive them earlier than 2 weeks before the show date.

Yup. Override the email and give them a call directly.

Judging by past experience, don't pay attention to that ship date as they really don't ship on that date. The email you received is automated so it wasn't sent by someone sealing your envelope. re: Worried About My Tickets - Advice?

Any problems or even IF you ever lose your tickets, TeleCharge simply cancels the 'lost' tickets (so the barcodes don't work anymore in case someone stole them and tries to use them -- they won't be able to), and they reprint a new set for you to pick-up at WILL CALL at the theatre's box office.

Also, if EVER you leave home without your tickets AND you purchased them thru TeleCharge... no problem. Just call them up while you're outside the theatre, and they'll call the box office directly and reissue your forgotten tickets. Yup, even if you don't have the confirmation number -- they look up your order via your name. If you have the credit card number with you... even quicker for them.

I'm still baffled when people panic about these little scenarios when a simple use of common sense provides you with ALL the solutions/answers. re: Worried About My Tickets - Advice?

Hey Limelight - I seem to be in the same boat. Ordered the tickets on the 4th, on the 5th I was told they were printed and mailed but as of today have yet to receive them. When I called they told me not to worry, but if they don't arrive - call 2 days before the show and they will have the box office print another set to be picked up 1/2 hour before curtain.

Hope this helps.

Technically aren't you supposed to receive your tickets till 48 hours before the event, at the latest?
