The Teatro Haagen Dazs in Madrid.
This gorgeous little theatre was home to the Spanish touring production of 'We Will Rock You' when it played the Spanish Capital a few years ago.
Has a very varied program of musicals plays concerts recitals, the lot. Always seems to be open.
Its original name was Teatro Calderon.

When I was in Madrid last year, I stayed quite close to the Palace and near to a theatre near Plaza de Espania that was showing 'Saturday Night Fever' and another theatre near Parque de Retiro where you got be complimentary tickets for Grease, is this a different theatre?

What is playing in Madrid now?

Yea, this is a different one again. The theatre that was hosting 'Saturday NIght Fever' was the Coliseum. 'Chicago' is currently there.

The Teatro Haagan Daas does look lovely but the Teatro Coliseum looks like an apartment more than a theatre, is that quite common for theatres in Spain?

There are many gorgeous theatres, old and new in Barcelona and Madrid. Even the ugly, office building ones, can be beautiful inside.
