When I was in third grade I didn't know what ecstasy was, let alone how to read the word.

I had no idea there was a drug called ecstasy until I was in fourth grade and used the word 'ecstasy' to mean 'happiness' in a story I wrote for school, and then the whole class made fun of me for weeks.

So, I was the exception. I think most kids would definitely get the drug reference.

Well maybe schoolers like Schmerg, will learn that some words have two meanings, like for example, gay.
