Posted: 5/6/09 at 8:28pmI purchased Xanadu the musical a while back and now my computer crashed. I am at a friends computer but for some reason I am not able to log in---does anyone know how I can get the recording now?

I can help you. I know my iTunes! lol.
1. Go to this form:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/browser/
2. Fill out the requested info.
3. On Category, click on "Purchase(s) - Missing"
4. Click on subcategory "My hard drive crashed / all of my purchases were erased"
5. After step 4, locate the order number (if you have it) and fill in box
NOTE: If you need ALL of your iTunes store purchases back, don't do that.
6. Fill in the box with what happened. ("My computer crashed... blah, blah, blah)
NOTE: If you want ALL of your iTunes store purchases back, tell them that very precise and specifically in that box. Remember, if this concerns you, do not fill in the order number box.
