you could totally tell that the space did not work well for the performance, just the mix alone was off. I really need to go see wicked. ive tried the lotto 35 times and have lost. living in nyc lost all its perks.

In my opinion, all their thinking about these days when casting Galinda is if the girl is cute and funny. Did they forget it's a singing role?? I was completly unimpressed by the duo.

ribbon dancer DID NOT steal the performance...JLG was not in it tonight for the record
but i also noticed the late flash
did anyone see kendra almost fall towards the end?
side note-what was with gary busey...intoxicated much?

I know it was only a small part of the show and there are a lot of factors, but based on what I saw, I don’t like Kendra as Glinda. She had some what strange mannerisms and I did not like her voice. There were a lot of parts where she and Stephanie did not blend well. Again, I know, Limited space, nerves, late at night (take that back, I thought it was like), but based on what I saw, that’s my opinion.

And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man."

After seeing the tour I feel that makes them look bad. Not that I thought it was horrible or anything, but they always cut out the part I like that I think makes it cute and touching, and you could barely hear Steph and Kendra for some reason. They didn't sing enough either really, so I don't think you could really judge their voices by this. Made them sound kind of weak IMO, which I felt was true for Kendra with some higher notes, but live Stephanie hits everything clearly and blows you away, and I think this made them look...average.

1. Jay Leno is filmed during the day, not late at night. 2. I did see Kendra almost fall!!

I saw Kendra stumble, but then she played into it and was bouncing around, so I questioned whether or not she stumbled. It wasn't a big deal.

Ya, Kendra tripped, but it was a very small space...don't blame her.
Is Timothy George Anderson the ribbon dancer?
Did I see Kristen F. Oei? The camera girl? She is a swing...I wonder who was out.

like 12:32. And you'll probably get a minute of commercial in there too

Ribbon dancing is boring. And I don't get a thrill out of seeing people do flips either.

millie i agree.. kendra sounded bad and then looked stupid when she was bouncing (after her trip) when everyone else struck a pose.

agreed...i think he could have easily adapted his choreography sans ribbon and managed well...but i think the ensemble should be more visible during the opening of that song rather than just him DS
