I saw the show in previews and on my play bill it said The Law was a song. It wasn't on the cast album was it cut?

No, it was still in the show after it opened. So I guess they just left it out.

AND waiting 4 minutes to bump the thread is NOT ok.

Exactly, it's literally a verse. It's in the first act, the scene where the villagers are talking about Frederick being a threat, and Frederick and Igor walk by with the corpse.

yeah its still in there, i guess it was just one of those songs that is so short or so unimportant they just leave it out in the recording
