I just wanted to share a YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN commercial I found on YouTube. Its just for the out of town preview, but I like the whole angle of spoofing old horror films, if you get my drift. It also includes Mel Brooks, too.
I also found a small news clip of some of the crew working on the set, and towards the end you see a shot of the labratory. Well, at least some of it.

Is that a Mel cameo in the commercial? Watch near the beginning behind the image and voiceover that say, "so fantastically frightening!.

The set is just like I imagined it'd be.
Looks interesting. Nothing shocking

Looks good, but not as "massive" as I was expecting.

Thanks- looks amazing!
I really can't wait for this show, Mel Brooks is a genius! Can't wait for it to open in the UK- unless I can get to NYC first!

Even the commercial is pretentious.
Thank you for posting this. The Commercial needs a little neon tossed in for glamor but not bad. I like the website shots best. Keep it thrilling and exciting! I want to be able to get a buzz when I see it. A dancing Frankenstein would have impressed me more. Looking forward to "Puttin on the Ritz". One of my favorite numbers, of course with Fred Astaire but I'll take Frank, if he gets the stepping right.
Watching the set-up, all I could think of is...make it big, real big. When I look up, I want to see stars. When I look down, I want singing and dancing galore.
