You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown cast album??

Hey guys so Im a little confused and mostly curious if any of you will know the answer to this. On the 1999 revival cast album of Charlie Brown Anthony Rapp is NOT singing during My New Philosophy. it clearly isnt his voice even though though charlie is in thy scene. Any idea why he isnt in that song but on the others?

I was 1 when that showed played but I noticed he wasn't in the Tony performance too

Because the song is between Sally and Schroeder?

Stanley Wayne Mathis who played Schroeder wore a yellow shirt in that scene, so you may have mistaken him for Charlie Brown
