I got a call the other day asking me if I would like to attend an "invitation only" performance of Young Frankenstein in Seattle. This is being performed on Monday, the 6th, a day before the official preview opening.
I've taken a couple of quick tours backstage to look at the sets and machinery. The Paramount has NEVER had so many set pieces and equipment in it.
I'll give a quick review after the show. I'll be seeing the show twice more while it's in Seattle to see how it tightens up and to see if there are any changes.

Nice, looking forward to hearing what you think.
a little more than an hour 'til it ends.
Let the slaughter begin!
As much as I am looking forward to this, I expect disapointment.
Has the show tonite finished?
ugh, seems as if we're going to have to wait until tomorrow

They might have a life.
I was looking forward to this 'pre' review, too. But the silence may be of the "if you can't say anything nice" school of posting. Maybe it is a good thing for the cast and crew that he remain silent.
Keep in mind -- that person IS on the west coast, so it's about 9:30am there right now. I highly doubt they're going to bolt onto the computer to post their review. They could still be sleeping. Give them a few more hours.

I'm really looking forward to any review of Young Frankenstein's out of town tryout. I would ask that the person writing would include the songs in the show as well.
