Posted: 11/15/04 at 8:22pmMy first Broadway show was Beauty and the Beast, but being a little on the young side at the time, I didn't appreciate it as much as other shows I've seen. The show that really made me leap into the world of broadway was les mis.

Posted: 11/15/04 at 8:50pmI saw some local production of West Side Story when I was really little, but I can't remember that much of it, so I do not consider it. I would say Phantom of the Opera (touring Company) when I was in High School.

First show I ever saw was Les Miserables when I was 8. My mom was amazed when I looked through the Playbill and saw being being billed as Whores and then told her what a whore was. Anyway, it was a great show. Hard to understand for a little kid (even one who knows what a whore is,) but it was great nonetheless.
The show that got me hooked though, was my third show, Miss Saigon. Oh, how I miss it...

Gypsy with Bernadette.
Friday May 28, 2004 at 8pm.
Center orchestra row Q, seat 112.
Yeah, I'm looking at my ticket. :p
First time in New York as well. My mom and I took a trip just the two of us to see the show before its closing.
Best 3 days of my life.
We ended up seeing Gypsy twice. Once more on the 29th. That time it was balcony... and we were late. Long, HORRIFYING story, and I will not get into that.
