angels lottery problem

Um...so I just won the digital lottery to tomorrow's Wedns matinee of Angels in America part one.. SO stoked!!! Was going to be up at 7am rushing it otherwise.

BUT the evening lottery for part two is separate. And you find out if you won at *1pm* Wedns--and you have an hour to buy the tickets. Part one BEGINS at 1pm. So if I win, while the curtain is raising on Millennium Approaches am I supposed to be frantically entering credit card info for that night's Perestroika?? I would HATE to be that guy. But obviously I'm hoping to see the shows together.

I don’t understand their decision of splitting lottery tickets, specially on a two day show...
But like most broadway shows, it started 5 minutes after the hour when I saw it, so you should be ok!

Then be the guy who saved his credit card info on his Ticketmaster account.

Angels lottery isn’t through Ticketmaster, it’s broadway direct and I don’t believe there is an option to save a credit card for it... you just enter it when/if you win.

Thanks, yeah it's not Ticketmaster. And yeah I figure it'll start a few min late it's partly the principle of the thing that galls me, such a dumb setup! And also some Broadway theaters don't get great cell service too...

I have my credit card auto saved in my iPhone, just unlock it with my face ID and it auto-populates. You could try that depending on what kind of phone you have.

Hi Pretzleman!

Thanks for your comment.  We realized we had an issue due to our early curtain time and have since resolved the purchase timing.  Going forward, lottery winners for the Wednesday, Part 2 - Perestroika performance will have between 10am – 11am to purchase their tickets.  So, if you are seeing that day’s matinee performance, all purchases will be concluded prior to the start of the matinee performance.
