the wrecking of the model-T in Ragtime always annoyed me. I know you can't really wreck a car every night, but I could've done without the real sounding sound effects paired with the anything but real looking sledgehammering of the car.

It bothers me that they don't give a reason in Wicked that by act 2 Glinda becomes "Glinda the Good." It just happens. Of course, I don't think anyone would accuse of the book to that being all that good... or any feature of that show for that matter...
