WICKED I CANT WAIT TILL IT COMES OUT!!!!!!!! anyone heard of it? anyone not heard of it? Idina Menzel and K Cheno (Kristen Chenoweth for those who have no idea who im talking about) are AMAZING!!!!!!! The Music is AWESOME! i cant wait for it to come out!!! :)

I have not only heard of it, but I have tickets for it. Woo hoo! I am worried the music might suck. But did you know it was based on a book? It had, no kidding, over 400 pages, so it was hard. But it didn't have songs, so it didn't slow down. Still, that's a lot of pages. I will be seeing the show Halloween weekend and I hope it will be excellent but that the songs don't suck.

Back on topic -- great show and music. I know when I saw it in SF that it needed more work before opening on Broadway, but still I loved Wicked and am anxious for the OBC recording.

I, for one, am really really excited for the show and I too have heard the music. Thumbs up! I adore "Just For This Moment", the love ballad between Elphaba and Fiyero. It's one of the sexiest songs in musical theatre that I've heard. It's kind of pulsing. 66 more days 'til I am at the Gershwin to see the show! Yay! What I'm really excited for is for the piano music to be published, though I've already figured out "Defying Gravity" by memory and ear.

I've got my tickets for December 6th. Hopefully, it won't get such terrible reviews and be such an awful show that it does not stay open (ala Urban Cowboy) But I have faith in this show, and from what I have heard, it will be super fantastic!

wicked? whats that? i have tickets to some show at the gershwin theatre on October 7th row B but hmmm ... We all heard about WICKED lol...Im really excited for it! thanks for the post anyway.

Wicked was very good from what I understand in SF. I had a many friends who live in the area who said it was very good.

And I really like Stephen Schwartz music. He has some of the best songs.

I can't wait for this show to open already, so we all can get blown away like a Kansas tornado. Sounds like alot of fun. I would also start counting down the days til I'm in my seat, but November already seems too far away!

Yeah, see I got the music too. GREAT, GREAT score. Trust me, if I had $100 bucks, I'd buy myself some tickets. It's really gonna be something else. Now if only the producers would put discounts on the tickets for previews like every other show in previews does...
