are there reviews of Stamos in NINE yet...

I haven't posted my views yet, I like Stamos, but not in NINE, thank God for Luker and the ladies. Except for Eartha, who I like, but not in NINE.

i will be interested to see what the posters think, SHEEK, but i kinda meant print reviews from the papers.

I saw Nine recently. I think John Stamos did a nice job. The whole show was terrific. It was great to have met him.

I think "opening night" is 10/28. or there abouts.

There have been a few discussions on "All That Chat" to which I've contributed opinions. General consensus is that this is not a good role for Stamos. It requires too much of him vocally and physically. He is simply not charismatic enough for the audience to care about a basically unlikeable character.

Banderas had the vocals and charisma to overcome and entertain and do the music justice. Stamos can't handle the demands of the role. At least not in the 10/8 matinee, which is early in his run, I realize.

I believe the show officially reopens October 28 so expect print reviews then.
