beauty and the beast recording

I am looking to get another version of beauty and the beasty on cd besides the broadway cast. I am torn between the london and australian recordings. Which one do some of you prefer?

I believe the Australian CD has Hugh Jackman

Definitely the London Cast. The Beast (sorry, not sure who it is) is awesome on it. "If I Can't Love Her" is the highlight of the whole album.

Alasdair Harvey is the Beast on the London CD and he's fantastic. but Hugh is great on the Australian CD too. the only down part of that CD is that it look me a while to get used to Rachael Beck's (Belle) vibrato. on the other hand it took me FOREVER to find the Australian CD so if you can get it - GET IT.

But do be aware that Hugh J. plays Gaston: Michael Cormick sings the Beast on the Australian cast album.
