one of the judges was John Weidman, writer of Assassins, Contact, and Pacific Overtures

one of the people in the talent competition did a dance to "All That Jazz" from Chicago the movie

the runner up did an awful dance to "Life of the Party" sung by Idina

that Life of the Party dance was so funny. I mean that girl had no rhythym at all! I mean the music was seriously inconsequential to the movement!

Did enyone see the slutty suimm suit competition!? They were given little easy comboes to do, and they were all HORRABLE!!! That life of the Party rutine was HORRABLE!!!!!HAHAHAHA!!!!

I was reminded of the painfully off-key version of "Don't Rain On My Parade" Kate Shindle did the year she won. She has definitely improved somewhat since then.

Miss New Jersey this year was going to sing Glitter and be Gay if she made it to the talent section!

Wow, I thought that that was Idina Menzel. I was actually trying to focus on the song instead of the awful dance. Speaking of awful, didn't ya love when they were showing the clips of the other contestants singing in the preliminary talent portion? That was just...*shudders."
